blank-line-in-blockquote

Linter: a blank line does not split a blockquote in two; a > alone keeps its paragraphs together.

Example#

doc.md:

> The first paragraph of the quote.

> The second one.

markright check reports:

doc.md:2: blank line splits a blockquote in two (blank-line-in-blockquote)
markright: 1 issue(s)

Fixed:
