list-marker

Formatter: marks the items of an unordered list with -, or the marker its settings choose.

Example#

doc.md:

* first
* second

markright check reports:

doc.md:1: list item marked differently from the configured marker (list-marker)
doc.md:2: list item marked differently from the configured marker (list-marker)
markright: 2 issue(s)

markright fmt rewrites it to:

- first
- second

Settings#

Under formatters.settings.list-marker:

With the defaults, in .markright.yaml:

formatters:
  settings:
    list-marker:
      marker: "-"

or in .markright.toml:

[formatters.settings.list-marker]
marker = "-"

Turning it off#

formatters:
  disable: [list-marker]
