hard-tabs

Formatter: turns tabs outside code into spaces, up to the next multiple of four columns.

Example#

doc.md:

Name:	markright

markright check reports:

doc.md:1: hard tab (hard-tabs)

markright fmt rewrites it to:

Name:   markright
