Formatter: ->, <- and <-> become →, ← and ↔, with a space on each side.

markright check reports:

doc.md:1: ASCII arrow or missing space around an arrow (arrows)
markright: 1 issue(s)

markright fmt rewrites it to:

Request → gateway → service
